The email messages and all the contacts that are in Microsoft Outlook can be exported to the online gmail account; Google Browser provides the free utility. Google Email up loader is the only windows tools that will help in uploading all the emails into gmail from the outlook and it also it preserve the structure of outlook folder. The up loader will only work for the accounts that are related with Google applications and not on the normal google accounts. It can be got from the Google code that is available for the Windows XP and vista. This utility has been recently pushed for the accounts with free Google Apps. This process is carried out safely by the network monitoring software.
